Who saves the wounded soldier under fire? The Rescue Parajumpers, known as PJ's.  But becoming a PJ is no easy feat.  Pararescue indoctrination or Indoc, is a grueling selection course designed to weed out all but the toughest and most dedicated students. Those who cannot endure heat, cold, exhaustion and physical misery will not pass. Of the 66 men present the first day of training, less than 20 will emerge as Pararescuemen - two years later.
